4 station dispense system using TS1201 pens fed from 500 gram pressure pot Non-timed hand lever valves using a manifold to distribute feed from any pressure pot
This setup allows fluid to be dispensed from a pressure pot. By using a liquid manifold, the fluid is diverted to (4) four independently controlled hand lever valves. One or all of the valves can be operated at any time or together. Using cap seals, each valve can be closed off when not in use. This system is typically recommended for making controlled deposits of Cyanoacrylate adhesives, primers, inks, solvents, PVA glues, inks, activators, etc. The valves can be used with standard luer lock dispensing tips or with our brush tips for coating/ spreading. Adjustable air pressure on the tank sets the desired flow rate. This system will run up to (4) four hand lever valves from the manifold. See-through pot. Non timed controlled deposits using pen valves.
