Simple pneumatic systems for efficient transfer of materials from cartridge reservoirs or pressure pots into syringe barrels and bottles. The filling process is to the bottom end of the syringe which reduces air entrapment and eliminates mess. The range includes an adjustable stand to hold the cartridges or dosing valve which is sat on the workbench. Systems include the metal retainer, air cap, airline hose, cartridge, plunger, filling adapter and syringe kit as well as a regulator with 5 micron filter. Or a pressure pot system with digital timed controller and dispensing valve.
The basic systems can be used with a pneumatic dispenser to provide a controlled air cycle for consistent volume filling of syringe barrels each time. Other systems come supplied with a pneumatic dispenser either non-timed or timed. All products supplied come supplied with the correct accessories to ensure easy setup and simple operation. Use a cartridge system for thick pastes and a pressure pot system for thin liquids.
Accessories such as cartridge stands or different sized retainers, etc. are also available to order separately.

Basic filling systems

Use these systems to connect to your existing pneumatic dispenser or a regulated air supply. Includes plastic or metal cartridge retainer, air-cap, airline hose, benchtop stand, empty cartridges, plungers, fittings and syringes. Switch for on/off control.

Timed filling systems

Systems that include a basic pneumatic dispenser for controlling the one and off flow from cartridge to syringe. Runs from any air source or compressor. Supplied complete with cartridge retainer, cap, hose, stand, fittings and syringes.

Digital timed filling stations using a pneumatic controller. Setup a controlled method of filling syringes automatically without guesswork. Includes digital controller, a choice of cartridge sizes, bench stand, accessories and fittings.

Valve filling systems
|
A dispensing valve controls the fluid transfer from cartridge or pressure pot to syringe barrel to a much higher level. Ensures materials are filled without oozing or drips. The valves are pneumatically controlled. Systems are supplied complete.

Pressure pot filling systems
|
For low to medium viscosity fluids including Cyanoacrylate adhesives. Ideal for higher volume bottle filling. Fluids are fed directly from a range of tanks to a dispense valve. Systems suitable for most materials. Supplied complete.

Cartridge Retainers

Cartridge retainers, caps, airline hoses and regulators. Suitable for all size industry standard cartridges as well as silicone type 1/10 gallon size. Can be used to dispense directly from the cartridges or as reservoirs to feed dispense valves.
