Simple pneumatic systems for efficient transfer of materials from cartridge reservoirs into smaller syringe barrels. The filling process is to the bottom end of the syringe which reduces air entrapment and eliminates mess. The syringe piston is inserted into the empty barrel before being filled. As material transfers from the cartridge, it pushes the piston up in the syringe barrel to reduce air entrapment and mess.

This range includes a timed analog dispenser, an adjustable stand to hold the cartridges which is placed on the workbench. Systems with the pneumatic dispenser includes the cartridge retainer, air cap, airline hose, cartridge, plunger, filling adapter and syringe kit. Systems work safely to 100 psi air pressure.
