Timed pneumatic systems for efficient transfer of materials from cartridge reservoirs into syringe barrels. The filling process is to the bottom end of the syringe which reduces air entrapment and eliminates mess. This range includes a pneumatic digital timed dispenser linked to a metering valve, an adjustable stand to hold the cartridges which is placed on the workbench. Systems with the digital timed dispenser and valve includes the cartridge retainer, air cap, airline hose, cartridge, plunger, filling adapter and syringe kit. Systems work safely to 100 psi air pressure.

These systems connect direct to a regulated compressed air supply and a power supply. The valve is operated by the dispenser for on/off control.
