Application guide - beads of viscous grease to lubricate parts

Customers applying controlled beads of high viscosity greases to replace hypodermic syringes, brushes, tubes and bottles.

Solution to use a TS250 high pressure dispenser with a 30cc industrial grade syringe barrel. Grease is placed inside the syringe barrel which is attached to the TS250 dispenser using an adapter assembly air hose. A smooth flow tapered tip is used to ensure the grease is dispensed without restriction..

The syringe is held like a pen. Once the foot pedal is pressed, grease will flow. A timer can be set to provide a repeat deposits. The plastic wiper piston inside the barrel moves to dispense the grease but moves back slightly after each deposit to prevent drips or oozing.
