Description
The TS755SG is our Syringe Gun manual dispenser, designed to accurately apply various assembly materials such as pastes, gels, and adhesives. These dispensers are perfect for lower volume production, assembly, repair, re-work, and field applications. Our cost-effective, premium-quality dispensing guns are compatible with our 55cc/55ml size syringe barrels.
Featuring a 7:1 ratio mechanical leverage, our portable and lightweight hand-operated dispensers make trigger movement effortless. The plunger rod moves 3mm (1/8") upon pressing to deliver controlled deposits without any drips or oozing. Easily replace the syringe barrels by pushing the top button to release the plunger rod and twisting off the secure bayonet attachment. Each Syringe Gun comes with a manual hand gun, a dispensing syringe barrel reservoir with wiper piston, storage end caps, tip caps, and 5 assorted dispensing tips.
Our dispensers are robust and make handling industrial adhesives and pastes a breeze. Spare O-rings for the syringe guns are available to order directly from our stock in both EPR rubber and Viton rubber. Each gun includes 1 spare O-ring in the pack. Choose from sizes 10cc, 30cc, and 55cc for versatility in your dispensing needs.
