Description
ADV series barrels are the highest quality dispensing syringe barrels for use with pneumatic dispensers as well as manual applicators. These parts are silicone and chloride-free. The barrels are made from low friction polypropylene to ensure accuracy, repeatability and productivity. Barrels feature a double helix luer lock for secure twist-on dispense tip attachment. Supplied in sealed packs. Black colour for use with UV cure and light sensitive adhesives.
The rounded end design provides an easier flow path to reduce material back pressure. It adds a benefit for less air entrapment when filling. These products are superior performance and premium grade.
A universal polyethylene wiper piston is available that seals the material from air, provides a consistent wipe, protects against drawback and reduces fumes. Use a piston for thick pastes, gels or liquids to improve flow. Maximum operating pressure for all components is 100 psi (6.9bar). Supplied in a pack of 50 parts.
