Cartridge Sets for Two-Component Adhesives
AJ 600-01-10-01 is the dual cartridge system in a 600ml size with a 1:1 mix ratio by volume. Main resin and hardener are stored in the two chambers of the dual cartridge system and are then dispensed simultaneously through the static mixer, where thorough mixing takes place. Plastic wiper pistons are included. Use with bell mount static mixer nozzles ( MC, MCQ or MGQ Series).The static mixer nozzles are available in different sizes with different volumes and a variety of mixing elements. One of the main benefits of the system is that not all of the contents of the cartridge have to be mixed at a time. The cartridge can be easily sealed and stored for further use, without the material curing. Packs include the cartridge, wiper pistons and cap seals. Cartridges are compatible with dual cartridge guns.
Dual cartridges are supplied in packs of 50 and include tip cap seal and threaded collar as well as 100 of the correct sized pistons. Pistons are self-venting lip seal type. This allows the piston to be inserted after the adhesive has been put inside. The air escapes through the vent for easy piston insertion. The vent plug is then clicked shut to seal.
