Description
High quality, smooth flow tapered dispensing tip for controlled application of pastes, silicones, sealants, RTV's, epoxies, grease and other medium to high viscosity fluids. Double helix locking thread for safety, coloured for UV protection. Grey colour. 0.048" - 1.22mm ID. Dark grey rigid tip also suitable for UV cure adhesives. Safe for use up to 100 psi. Silicone free materials. Supplied in a sealed box of 1000 tips.
This tip features a smooth flowing taper design that allows for very high viscosity pastes and compounds to be dispensed with lower pressures required. Suitable for use with syringe barrels, cartridges (using tip adapter) and with all metering valves. All tips ship direct from stock.
