Description
Pistons when used with syringe barrels ensure that the pressure is evenly spread across the fluid surface to provide consistent dispensing ensuring 95% of the material is dispensed. Wiper seal pistons prevent dripping and eliminate material waste by wiping the syringe barrel wall clean as fluid is dispensed. Maximum operating pressure is 100psi (6.9 bar).
Wiper pistons are a close tolerance fit for use with all viscosity fluids using air powered dispensers or with mechanical devices such as our manual syringe gun to help slow down leakage past the double wiping edges. Supplied in sealed packs of 1000. This version has extended wiper blades.
