Description
Our ADV series barrels are the highest quality dispensing syringe barrels for use with pneumatic dispensers as well as manual applicators. These parts are silicone and chloride-free. The barrels are made from low friction polypropylene to ensure accuracy, repeatability and productivity. Barrels feature a double helix luer lock for secure twist-on dispense tip attachment. Supplied in sealed packs. Natural (clear) translucent colour.
The rounded end design provides an easier flow path to reduce material back pressure. It adds a benefit for less air entrapment when filling. These products are superior performance and premium grade.
A universal polyethylene wiper piston is available that seals the material from air, provides a consistent wipe, protects against drawback and reduces fumes. Use a piston for thick pastes, gels or liquids to improve flow. Maximum operating pressure for all components is 100 psi (6.9bar). These parts ship direct from stock. Supplied in a pack of 50 parts.
