Description
MCHX static mixers are used for dispensing adhesives from two-part 200 ml, 400 ml dual component cartridges. Available ratios are 4:1 and 10:1. These mixers are attached using a retaining nut, usually supplied with the cartridge. Mixers can be used with epoxy, polyurethane, potting compound, doming resin, silicone, and a variety of other adhesives and sealants.
Bell mouth inlet, helical design. Stepped outlet that can be cut back to increase orifice size and increase flow rates. Or use adapter fitting with precision luer lock dispensing tips.
These mixer nozzles are suitable for two-component materials. They have orange elements and are constructed of high grade polypropylene. High quality mixer nozzles for use with twin cartridges. All items are industrial grade safe and silicone free.
