Description
The AD needle series
consist of a stainless-steel shaft with a luer lock polypropylene hub. This
line of dispensing needles is burr-free and electro-polished shaft for
unobstructed and consistent material flow. In addition they are silicone and
chloride free. These tips are designed to dispense most viscosity fluids and
adhesives. These tips are UV bonded from the metal shaft to the hub and
are premium grade tips.
All tips are colour
coded for gauge size. The tip features a slightly tapered internal design where
the stainless steel tube is bonded inside the hub which improves fluid flow and
reduces flow restriction. This allows for a lower pressure to be used for
dispensing liquids and pastes. These tips are certified silicone-free so sensitive adhesives
will not be contaminated during use. They are
industrial grade safe to 100 psi pressure. Our tips ship direct from stock and are supplied in sealed and labelled packs with batch codes.
