Description
MC static mixers are used for dispensing adhesives from two-part 200 ml, 400 ml and 600 ml plastic cartridges. Available ratios are 1:1 and 2:1. These mixers are attached using a retaining nut, usually supplied with the cartridge. Static mixers are often referred to as nozzles. Mixers can be used with epoxy, polyurethane, silicone, and a variety of other adhesives and sealants.
Bell mouth inlet, helical static mixer for C-system dual component epoxy type cartridges. Stepped outlet that can be cut back to increase orifice size and increase flow rates or used with tip luer adapter and needle tips.
These mixer nozzles are suitable for all two-component materials. They have white inner elements and are constructed of high grade polypropylene. High quality mixer nozzles for use with twin cartridges. All items are industrial grade safe and silicone free. 5.0mm ID x 24 mixing elements.
