Description
An
efficient method of transferring greases, epoxies, silicones, solder
pastes and other thixotropic materials into a disposable syringe barrel.
This barrel loader is supplied with a TS924 non-timed footvalve dispenser to control the operation.
The
model 900-6D barrel loader is for pre-filled 6oz cartridges, which are
placed inside a vertical container mounted on the stand. The barrel
attachment assembly is threaded to accept luer lock barrels. Activating
the TS924 dispenser once connected to the air line causes the material
to rise inside the barrel. This method simplifies loading and reduces
the possibility of entrapped air in the fluid.
The
900-6D includes TS924 footvalve dispenser 0-100 psi with regulator/ gauge, base stand, retainer support, 6oz retainer and cap, one (1)
empty 6oz cartridge and plunger, an outlet cap and special barrel
attachment assembly.
