Description
Pressure pot tanks allow a controlled feed of liquid along feed tubing to a dispensing valve or liquid manifold. Most tanks have adjustable air regulators and gauges to set the optimum flow rate based on the liquid viscosity. Typical materials include adhesives, solvents, inks, paints, primers, lubricants and other assembly fluids. Liquid can be poured directly into the chamber or use one of our tank liners to avoid cleanup or damage. Of if the liquid container fits, it can be placed directly inside the chamber.
TS1254 is a mid-sized pressure pot designed to accommodate low to medium viscosity fluids, including anaerobics, adhesives and Cyanoacrylate (CA). Equipped with a pressure relief (safety) valve and a stainless steel chamber, TS1254 provides safe, secure dispensing for all applications.
The airtight lid seal ensures that there are no leak points for air or material. Additionally, the pot features an exhaust valve to depressurize after operation. The material feed line is located in the centre of the lid to allow a direct and continuous feed path from the material container to the valve inlet.
The TS1254 is supplied with 1/4" (6 mm) Teflon tubing to provide resistance to all types of dispensing fluids. An optional 4 mm tubing kit also is available. Order tank liners from this website.
Adhesive Dispensing Ltd provide a wide range of equipment options for dispensing almost all assembly fluids - from watery liquids, solvents, primers and activators through to thick pastes, sealants, silicones, gels and epoxies.
