Description
The TS5600 Series dispense valves accurately control the application
of most low to medium viscosity fluids without drips. The unique seal-less
design incorporates an inert polymer diaphragm that isolates the actuator from
the valve. The adjustable open/close stroke 0.13 to 0.64 mm (0.005 Inch to
0.025 Inch) allows for a fast response with positive shutoff. Wetted
components are made of inert plastics.
Model TS5623HT with Teflon polymer wetted parts is used for dispensing
Cyanoacrylates, solvents, activators, inks and liquid fluxes. Use Delrin
version for UV cure adhesives.
This version is a manual hand held valve (non-timed) that will accept a direct
feed of adhesive or liquid from a pressure pot.
