Description
The SE needle series consist of a stainless-steel shaft with a luer lock polypropylene hub. This line of dispensing needles is burr-free, and electro-polished shaft for unobstructed and consistent material flow. In addition they are silicone and chloride free. Designed to dispense most viscosity fluids and adhesives. These tips are epoxy bonded from the metal shaft to the hub and are supplied in boxes of 50 direct from stock.
Tips are colour coded for gauge size. The tip features a tapered internal design where the shaft meets the hub to improve fluid flow and reduce any restriction. This allows for a lower pressure to be used for dispensing liquids and pastes.
