Product Description
The TSD800-6FR
is an air regulator with filter recommended for use with all pneumatic
operated dispensers, pressure pots, cartridges and electronic valve
controllers. Many dispensing products require a supply of compressed air that
is regulated to the correct pressures. Excessive air can damage the products
and not enough air and certain products will not operate correctly. It also
helps to regulate the air supply to pressure pots and tanks for controlled
flow of liquids. The filter is 5 micron removing 99% of moisture and
particles to protect equipment.
Typical Applications
Use
this air filter regulator with any air powered dispensing controller between
the mains air supply and dispenser input hose or on air supply into a
pressure pot or cartridge reservoir.
Instructions
1. Attach dispenser hose, pressure pot air hose or
cartridge air hose to 1/4 Inch NPT thread outlet.
2. Attach mains air to 1/4 Inch NPT thread regulator inlet.
3. Set air supply between 60 to 100 psi.
4. Drain filter bowl of liquid and change filter when required.
