Description
The 100A-60
is a heavy-duty industrial pneumatic hand applicator gun for use with
industry standard 6oz Techcon, EFD and Semco cartridges. It will provide controlled
deposits, reducing hand fatigue and material waste. This gun is designed to
work with cartridges in 6oz (180ml) size including sealants, silicones and
RTVs.
Typical
Applications
The 100A-60
will dispense most medium to high viscosity adhesives, sealants, silicones,
pastes, gels and epoxies. Will provide a controlled application of material
without material mess.
Instructions
For Use
1. Insert a 6oz cartridge into the metal retainer.
2. Turn threaded locking retainer into gun handle.
3. Attach a nozzle or cartridge tip adapter fitting
with needle tip.
4. Squeeze the trigger to apply air pressure to the
cartridge.
5. When the trigger is released, the air exhaust
releases pressure to reduce the effects or dripping or oozing.
6. Adjust regulator at rear of gun to adjust flow
rate.
This gun uses interchangeable metal retainers. The
same handle accepts 2.5oz, 6oz, 8oz, 10oz and 12oz size metal retainers.

includes 10 x 6oz cartridges, 10 x plungers, 10 x selected nozzles, 10 x luer
tip adapters, 20 x assorted needle tips.
