International Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time. Please contact us and we can advise options.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you. If an order is made using the "purchase order" option, we will email you a Proforma Invoice which will need to be paid for before items ship. We accept Visa, MasterCard, debit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you. If any product is out of stock, built to order or on a lead time, we will acknowledge your order by email and advise of an expected ship date. Many products are held in stock and we endevour to complete orders as soon as possible. We ship all products by tracked courier.

Product Returns

We understand that sometimes products need to be returned. Whether your item has developed a fault, is damaged or is no longer required, we can help you out.

Please call +44 (0) 1908 686660 to obtain an RMA (returns authority reference). To speed up the process, please have your order number reference to hand.

Discounted ex-demo or used, sold as seen or limited / zero warranty products or custom made products (where specified) cannot be returned.

In accordance with distance selling regulations for products purchased online, customers have 7 working days from the date of delivery to return products. However, products must be returned unopened, in the original packaging and undamaged for a refund. We cannot accept any products back that have been used unless faulty within warranty or damaged on delivery.

For faulty items or those damaged upon receipt, please call +44 (0) 1908 686660 and we will arrange for them to be replaced once the items are received back to us for inspection.
