Dispensing systems
for the controlled application of compounds, adhesives, pastes, gels,
epoxies, sealants, greases, lubricants and more.
Fluids are applied without mess, waste or inconsistency. Thick pastes are easy
to dispense without strain or fatigue to hands which is usually associated with long term use of squeeze bottles or medical syringes. These dispensers are suitable for making controlled beads, lines and for potting of many fluids.
These dispensers require a compressed air supply. Airline hoses are included. Once connected, the air pressure can be adjusted and set between 1 to 100 psi to provide a controlled flow of liquid. Syringe barrels and accessories are included. Dispensers can also be used to dispense materials from much larger cartridges. Retainers and caps are available on this website here.
The basic TS924 dispenser has just air pressure to the syringe barrel which is ideal for thick pastes and gels. If you are using a thinner grade fluid or one that can "string" or "ooze", select a dispenser with vacuum suck-back. This draws air back against the needle tip after dispensing to reduce dripping or material ooze. Vacuum suck-back is adjustable to suit the liquid and the size of dispense tip used.
