This versatile adapter converts any 310ml sealant and silicone type cartridge for filling syringe barrels direct from sealant tubes. It threads over the 310ml cartridge tube end to provide a luer lock twsit-on syringe barrel attachment.
A high density reusable nylon adapter fitting that is used on pre-filled 310ml (1/10 gallon) size caulking tube cartridges.
This part is ONLY for use with pre-filled sealant type cartridges and will adapt these for syringe filling. Supplied complete as a kit with syringe adapter for syringe filling and part luer lock cap to seal end against air when not being used.
Parts included are: 1 x TSD931-296 Adapter, 1 x TSD931-15 Syringe Filling Fitting, 1 x TSD931-3N Cap Seal.
The adapter is attached to the 310ml cartridge. An empty syringe with piston pre-inserted to the bottom is twisted on. Using one of our pneumatic barre fillers or a 310ml sealant gun, material is pushed from the silicone/ sealant tube to bottom fill the syringe barrel. As the sealant transfers, it pushes the piston up for an air-free fill. It is quick, clean and ensures the sealant is not exposed to air..

Fittings are designed to be disposable after a period of time. Using tip caps (7015LLBPK) will ensure the end of male fittings are sealed from the air when not in use. Using cap TSD931-3 will seal the end of female luer lock parts.
