TS60C-LL-N is made of clear natural polypropylene and is free of silicon and chloride release agents. The barrel design with consistent internal diameter maintains the proper seal with the piston for optimal dispensing results and reduces back pressure. The ultra-low draft construction of the inner diameter results in high dispensing accuracy and stability. TS60C-LL-N can connect directly to the specified air adapter assemblies. All TSI syringe barrels are manufactured in our silicone-free facilities and are certified for industrial use up to 100 PSI pressure. MPN: TS60C-LL-N-250

Syringe barrels are designed for use with pneumatic dispensing equipment or syringe guns. They are thick walled with wide flanges and so designed for high pressures. The internal bore is zero draft meaning there is no taper. This ensures the wiper piston inside moves down without restriction to improve dispense performance.
Use these barrels with pastes, adhesives, solvents, epoxies, RTVs, silicones, PVAs, inks and gels. This range have luer lock ends for twist on tip attachment.
These products are safe for use up to 100 psi pressure. Barrels are not for medical use but are precision manufactured for industrial applications.
Components are certified silicone-free components and will not contaminate any fluids that are dispensed from them.
