Cartridge reservoir in low density polyethylene with wiper plunger in a kit of 500 x TS60C-BLACK cartridges and 500 x TS1WP-BLACK wiper plungers. 6 ounce/ 177cc ml size. Suitable for handling most materials including solvent based fluids. UV black colour makes these ideal for filling, storing and dispensing UV cure adhesives.
Suitable for use in cartridge guns or pressurised cartridge retainers and caps. Cartridges feature a 1/4" NPT (6mm) female thread dispensing orifice for secure attachment of nozzles or 1/4" threaded fittings. The plunger is pre-inserted into the cartridge as in image 2.

Cartridges are designed for use with pneumatic dispensing equipment or manual guns. They are thick walled and so designed for high pressures. The internal bore is zero draft meaning there is no taper. This ensures the wiper plunger inside moves down without restriction to improve dispense performance.
Use these cartridges with pastes, adhesives, solvents, epoxies, RTVs, silicones, PVAs, inks and gels. This range have 1/4" NPT end for screw on nozzle attachment.
These products are safe for use up to 100 psi pressure. Barrels are precision manufactured for industrial applications.
Components are certified silicone-free components and will not contaminate any fluids that are dispensed from them.
