Wiper pistons ensure that the pressure is evenly spread across the fluid surface to provide consistent dispensing. Wiper seal pistons prevent dripping and eliminate material waste by wiping the syringe barrel wall clean as fluid is dispensed and they reduce material fumes.

This piston is for use with the TS60C-LL-N 140cc size big barrel. The ultra-low draft construction of the inner diameter results in high dispensing accuracy and stability.

All TSI syringe barrels and pistons are manufactured in our silicone-free facilities and are certified for industrial use up to 100 PSI pressure.

Syringe barrels are designed for use with pneumatic dispensing equipment or syringe guns. They are thick walled with wide flanges and so designed for high pressures. The internal bore is zero draft meaning there is no taper. This ensures the wiper piston inside moves down without restriction to improve dispense performance.

Use barrels and pistons with pastes, adhesives, solvents, epoxies, RTVs, silicones, PVAs, inks and gels. Barrels are precision manufactured for industrial applications.

Components are certified silicone-free components and will not contaminate any fluids that are dispensed from them.
