Precision moulded 4.0" long standard nozzle x 1/16" (0.063") orifice. 1/4" NPT thread to fit all standard dispensing cartridges as well as the TS941 series spool valves. This nozzle is industrial grade safe.

This will provide a leak free connection to the range of nozzles. Nozzles are made from natural low density polyethylene material (LDPE) and supplied in sealed packs of 1000.

Nozzles are designed to work with all industry standard industrial cartridges. Part TSD931-296 is required if using with pre-filled silicone and sealant tubes that feature and external thread nipple to cut. Nozzles are fully compatible with most fluids, adhesives, pastes and gels and useful for high viscosity pastes, sealants, silicones, mastics, solder pastes and compounds.

All nozzles are safe for use up to 100 psi pressure. Nozzles are not for medical use but are precision manufactured for  industrial use. All nozzles are certified silicone-free to prevent contamination of any liquids dispensed from them.
