Reduced Cartridge Wiper Plunger

A lighter fitting cartridge plunger for use with cartridges and suited to pastes and gels as well as tacky materials. Natural in colour and made of medium density polyethylene (MDPE). For use with all 2.5oz, 6oz, 8oz and 12oz size dispensing cartridges. It provides smooth wiper action for most glues, heavy materials, adhesives, liquids, pastes and gels.

These plungers are supplied in sealed packs of 1000 with batch codes. All cartridge and plunger components are certified silicone free materials.

Cartridges are designed for use with pneumatic dispensing equipment or manual guns. They are thick walled and so designed for high pressures. The internal bore is zero draft meaning there is no taper. This ensures the wiper plunger inside moves down without restriction to improve dispense performance.

Use these cartridges with pastes, adhesives, solvents, epoxies, RTVs, silicones, PVAs, inks and gels. These products are safe for use up to 100 psi pressure. Barrels are not for medical use but are precision manufactured for industrial applications.
Components are certified silicone-free components and will not contaminate any fluids that are dispensed from them. This product will ship by tracked courier.
