The Techcon TS255 pneumatic timed shot dispenser will dispense thin, watery liquids and solvents as well as Cyanoacrylate adhesives. All are applied quickly, accurately to reduce waste, mess and hand fatigue. A vacuum suckback prevents drips.
This is a system with an adjustable 0-15 psi adjustable air regulator for most low viscosity liquids and adhesives or use the 0-100 psi TS250 version for all fluids, liquids, gels and pastes. You hold the syringe like a pen, adjust the air pressure to suit the liquid being dispensed then press the foot pedal to apply. When the pedal is released, the deposit instantly stops without drips or oozing. It is safe and simple to use and reduces time spent manually applying liquids. The dispenser is supplied with a user guide.
An adjustable vacuum provides suck-back to the tip to prevent watery liquids from dripping. We recommend the use of an inline filter on the air adapter to the syringe when dispensing low viscosity fluids. The LCD display shows the timer which can be adjusted from 0.02 to 60 seconds for repeat deposits, down to micro-dots. A shot counter shows the number of deposits made during a shift.
This compact dispenser sits on the bench and requires an air input from any compressor or factory mains supply. It comes with airline hose and fittings kit to make connection easy. It will work with any power supply and is supplied with plugs for use in most countries. Includes a syringe stand, syringe and piston kit and needle tip kit selection. Ready to use out of the box. We give customers the option to choose the size of syringe barrel kit they would like to receive in the box.
