Static mixers are often referred to as nozzles. Mixers can be used with epoxy, polyurethane, silicone, and a variety of other adhesives and sealants. They have a clear body and orange elements.
Stepped outlet that can be cut back to increase orifice size or use with separate luer tip adapters. The bell-mouth is the material entry end of the nozzle and the part that fits over the machine exit manifold. Elements inside the body of the nozzle are manufactured from high grade polyacetal to withstand the pressures of metering and mixing machines; static mixer housings are polypro. Static-mixing nozzles have an inside-diameter size of bell-mouth: 0.625 Inch (15.9mm).
