This is the 18 gauge green precision dispensing tip with a 12.7mm long stainless steel tube. The hub is made from polypropylene so it is well suited to dispensing many low to medium viscosity fluids, glues, adhesives, inks, liquids and gels. These are general purpose tips. This tip has a luer lock attachment so will twist onto all luer lock syringe barrels or push onto luer slip syringes. It can be used with dispense valves and fluid fittings. The tubing inner diameter size is 0.84mm and the outer tube diameter is 1.27mm. It can handle fluid pressures of up to 100psi safely.

Our tips are certified silicone-free so will not contaminate sensitive and specialist adhesives that are used with them. We ship in boxes of 50 or bulk value packs of 1000. All packaging is sealed with labels including part code and batch code. All tips are colour coded for gauge size. Tubing is burr-free and electro polished for unobstructed and consistent material flow. The tip has a slightly tapered internal hub design to improve fluid flow and reduce restriction. This allows for lower pressures to be used when compared to other tips.

If you are dispensing materials such as solder pastes, RTV silicones, high viscosity resins and potting compounds, we recommend using our smooth flow tapered tips instead. If its a Cyanoacrylate superglue being applied, used our Teflon lined tips. For spreading greases or primers, use our brush tips. And for aggressive solvent based glues or liquids, use our aluminium hub tips. UV cure adhesives, consider our crimped hub tips. We hold these tips in stock.
