TS20CKIT1 is a high density cartridge reservoir in natural polyethylene, wiper plunger, end cap and tip cap in a kit containing 10 of each part. Compatible with most materials, adhesives, sealants, epoxies including solvent based fluids. This cartridge and plunger kit is suitable for use in 20oz manual or pneumatic cartridge guns or pressurised cartridge retainers and caps. Cartridges feature a 1/4 Inch NPT (6mm) female thread dispensing orifice for secure attachment of nozzles or 1/4" threaded fittings.

The internal bore is zero draft meaning there is no taper. This ensures the wiper plunger inside moves down without restriction to improve dispense performance. Use these cartridges with pastes, adhesives, solvents, epoxies, RTVs, silicones, PVAs, inks and gels. This range have 1/4" NPT end for screw on nozzle attachment. These products are safe for use up to 100 psi pressure. Cartridge components are precision manufactured for industrial applications. Components are certified silicone-free components and will not contaminate any fluids that are dispensed from them.
