Wide bore blunt-end needle series consist of a stainless-steel shaft with a double helix polypropylene hub. This premier line of dispensing needles is burr-free and electro-polished shaft for unobstructed and consistent material flow. High performance tips suitable for dispensing most fluids, adhesives and solvent based liquids. These tips are certified silicone-free, chloride-free and industrial grade safe for use to 100 psi. Use these tips to apply liquids and pastes for high precision controlled dispensing.

Tip hubs are colour coded for gauge size. The tip features a tapered internal design where the shaft meets the hub to improve fluid flow and reduce any restriction or back pressure. This allows for a lower pressure to be used for dispensing gels and pastes. Pricing is for a box of 50 tips. All tips are supplied in sealed boxes with label and batch code.

General purpose tips are designed to work with all luer lock and luer slip syringe barrels and fittings. They are fully compatible with most fluids, adhesives, solvents and chemicals. For Cyanoacrylate adhesives, we recommend using our Teflon, Teflon Lined or Polypro tips. For high viscosity pastes, sealants, silicones, mastics, solder pastes and compounds, we suggest the use of our tapered tips.
