The TS350 system will dispense virtually any assembly fluid and adhesive or liquid paste, from thin, watery liquids and solvents to thick gels, silicones and brazing pastes. All are applied quickly, very accurately and with zero waste, hand fatigue or mess.

This is a system with a 0-15 psi adjustable air regulator for watery fluids and solvents - use the TS350 version with a 0-100 psi regulator for most general adhesives, pastes and gels.

You hold the syringe like a pen, adjust the air pressure to suit your liquid being dispensed and press the foot pedal to dispense. When the foot pedal is released, the deposit instantly stops without drips or oozing. It is safe and simple to use and reduces time spent manually applying liquids. The TS355 range offer high precision control over watery liquids in a compact bench top system.

The TS355 has a bright LCD screen that displays time, vacuum, air pressure, time memory storage (up to 10) and shot counter. These high quality precision dispensers will make micro dots, large dots and controlled lines of cyanoacrylates, solvents, primers, activators, etc. Syringe sizes available range from 3cc to 55cc. Use supplied foot pedal or optional finger switch. The TS355 features teach mode to reduce setup time and has dual air output. A sophisticated bench dispenser to handle watery adhesives and liquids.

This compact dispenser sits on the bench and requires an air input from a compressor or factory mains supply. It comes with airline hose and fittings kit to make connection easy. It will work with any power supply and comes supplied with plugs for use in most countries. Includes a syringe stand, 10cc syringe and piston pack and tip kit selection.

This dispenser will apply most fluids, adhesives, gels and pastes. Use low pressure version TS355 or TS255 dispenser for watery liquids liquids. Use optional filter trap (part code 881-000-000) in the air adapter hose between dispenser and syringe. Do not use this filter for high viscosity pastes as it restricts the air pressure to be used to around 25 psi. Use it with watery liquids as a safeguard against any potential damage to the machine.
