High Cartridge reservoir in high density polyethylene with wiper plunger in a kit. Contains (10) TS20C-BLACK High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Cartridges and (10) TS20PLD Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) Wiper Plungers in each kit. 20 ounce/ 591cc/ml size. Designed for handling most materials including solvent based fluids. Suitable for use in cartridge guns or pressurised cartridge retainers and caps. Cartridges feature a 1/4 Inch NPT (6mm) female thread dispensing orifice for secure attachment of nozzles or 1/4 Inch threaded fittings. ** Cartridges and plungers are supplied separate ready for plungers to be inserted during use- not pre-inserted. For pre-inserted plungers in cartridges, please contact us. All products shipped are in sealed boxes and include label with batch codes. Delivery: Products shipped by courier on a tracked and insured service for stock items. Products on a longer lead time or built to order will be sent as soon as available. Cartridges are designed for use with pneumatic dispensing equipment or manual guns. They are thick walled and so designed for high pressures. The internal bore is zero draft meaning there is no taper. This ensures the wiper plunger inside moves down without restriction to improve dispense performance. Use these cartridges with pastes, adhesives, solvents, epoxies, RTVs, silicones, PVAs, inks and gels. This range have 1/4" NPT end for screw on nozzle attachment. These products are safe for use up to 100 psi pressure. Barrels are not for medical use but are precision manufactured for industrial applications. Components are certified silicone-free components and will not contaminate any fluids that are dispensed from them. This product will ship with a tracked courier.
