Cartridges and plungers are manufactured to the very highest possible quality delivering exceptional performance and consistency. From moulding to packaging, cartridges are guaranteed to be free of silicone contaminants and imperfections. Cartridges are capable of handling a wide variety of chemical fluids for storage and dispensing and can be easily adapted to both pneumatic and manual application systems. Cartridges are commonly used in single component or pre-mixed and frozen applications with polysulphides; solder pastes, adhesives, epoxies, urethanes, greases, acrylics, etc. Pricing is for a pack of 1000.

TS1P-SR-1000 is a general purpose plunger that is easy to install and provides a double wiping edge. It has high visibility when inside cartridge. Also available in black version to support UV materials and both versions are made of low density polyethylene (LDPE). For use with 2.5oz, 6oz, 8oz and 12oz sized cartridges. All cartridge and plunger components are certified silicone-free and are industrial grade safe.

Cartridges are moulded in high density materials and have much thicker walls than a standard silicone caulking tube. The internal bore has no taper and this ensures the plunger moves consistently down without restriction. All cartridges use a 1/4" NPT internal thread for leak free nozzle attachment. Plungers push out any liquid or paste placed inside the cartridge and reduce drooling of higher viscosity materials.
