We supply syringe barrels filled with a variety of
specified materials. This syringe barrel is supplied filled with 10ml of DC
7091 black RTV and includes cap seals and a label on each barrel. Receiving your silicone in pre-filled syringe
barrels eliminates costly time spent transferring from cartridges or squeeze
tubes, tins and tubs. Material waste is eliminated. We supply this material
air-free in ready to dispense industrial grade dispensing syringes.
A filled 10cc/10ml size syringe barrel
containing Dow Corning 7091 black RTV silicone. Syringe includes luer lock tip cap, end
cap, wiper piston. Ready for use on air powered dispensers or syringe guns.
Supplied with product Technical Data Sheet (TDS), Material Safety Data Sheet
(MSDS) and label identifying material, shelf life and batch code. Supplied in
sealed packs of 30 filled barrels with tips.
DC7091 is a one-part strong but
flexible sealant adhesive designed to provide un-primed adhesion to plastics,
glass, metal, painted steel, aluminium, ceramic and as a formed-in-place-gasket
(FIPG) . Cures to a tough, flexible rubber. Non-sag paste consistency. Easy to
apply. Cures at room temperature when exposed to moisture in the air. Excellent
adhesion to many substrates. Stable & flexible from -55 C to + 180 C.
Syringe barrels used are
industrial grade safe for use to 100 psi for dispensing equipment.
Filled syringe barrels eliminate
waste associated with toothpaste tubes and are easier to handle than large
310ml cartridges. Syringe caps are supplied for re-sealing the barrel after
use. Save on labour time and eliminate costly material waste by receiving
pre-filled syringe barrels with RTV. Use these 10cc filled syringe barrels with
our SyringeGun or any air powered dispensers.
