Adhesive Dispensing ADV50 series 50ml 2K dispense gun is a pneumatically controlled dispense tool for precise dispensing of two component materials packed into 50ml side-by-side cartridges. With a weight of just 470g, the ADV50 is a very light dispense tool. Once attached to a pneumatic dispense controller, it can be used handheld or mounted onto a stand for a controlled application. Also suitable for mounting to an XYZ robot. This version is for the 50ml 1:1 Ratio in the B-System style round back cartridge design.
For adhesives which are supplied in 50ml two part, side-by-side syringe cartridges and that push the adhesive through a static mixing nozzle. The lightweight portability and durable construction of the pneumatic retainer feed system make them well suited for many assembly operations in various markets such as aerospace, electronics, construction and automotive.
The system is supplied with an airline hose connector that attaches directly to a timed pneumatic dispenser with vacuum suck-back such as the TS250, TS350, 1000T or TS9150. When the cartridge is empty, use the vacuum suck-back on your dispenser to draw the plunger rods back. This system will handle 50ml cartridges in a 1:1 mix ratio. Ideal for use with prefilled adhesive cartridges such as epoxy resins, polyurethanes, etc. This product can be hand held of fixed onto a benchtop stand or XYZ dispensing robot. Air pressure is fed from the dispenser to the 50ml cartridge to allow controlled application of epoxies, polyurethanes, silicones, potting compounds and other 1:1 materials.
