Precision moulded 6" long nozzle x 1/8" (0.125") orifice. 1/4" NPT thread to fit all cartridges and spool valves. Nozzle can be cut down if required for larger outlet. If using with pre-filled sealant and silicone cartridge cartridge tubes that feature an external nozzle thread, use part number TSD931-296 adapter fitting. This will provide a leak free connection to the range of nozzles.
This version is supplied with a rounded bend curved shape. Useful for applications requiring materials to be dispensed at an angle or when applying to difficult to reach areas. Medium density polyethylene material. Supplied in sealed packs of 10.

Part TSD931-296 is required if using with pre-filled silicone and sealant tubes that feature and external thread nipple to cut. Nozzles are fully compatible with most fluids, adhesives, pastes and gels and useful for high viscosity pastes, sealants, silicones, mastics, solder pastes and compounds.
All nozzles are safe for use up to 100 psi pressure. Nozzles are not for medical use but are precision manufactured for industrial use. All nozzles are certified silicone-free to prevent contamination of any liquids dispensed from them.
