A05 is designed for the sealing and locking of threaded fasteners. The product is a single component anaerobic, high strength, acrylic based thread locker. The product cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces and prevents leakage and loosening from vibration and shock. A05 is low viscosity penetrating stud lock for post applications of pre-assembled fasteners. Seals porosity welds and close fitting parts. Medium to high strength. Recommended for use on instrumentation screws, porous castings, etc.

This adhesive can be applied using our syringe barrel dispensers or direct from the large bottles using our metering valves, controller and pressure pot. All adhesives are shipped with TDS and MSDS.
