A11 is designed for the bonding of cylindrical fitting parts. The product is a single component anaerobic, acrylic based product. The product cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces and prevents leakage and loosening from vibration and shock.
Applications include locating pins in radiator assemblies, bearings in transmissions and sleeves into pump housings.
A11 is Maximum strength retainer. For applications requiring high static strength together with good dynamic and fatigue resistance. Recommended for pulleys, gears, sprockets and bearing mounts. Recommended for use on bearings, pulleys, gears, cams, sprockets and flywheels.
This adhesive can be applied using our syringe barrel dispensers or direct from the large bottles using our metering valves, controller and pressure pot. All adhesives are shipped with TDS and MSDS.
