A48 is designed for the bonding of cylindrical fitting parts. The product is a single component anaerobic, acrylic based product. The product cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces and prevents leakage and loosening from vibration and shock. Supplied in a 50ml LDPE bottle.
Applications include holding sprockets and gears into gearbox shafts and rotors on electric shafts.
This adhesive can be applied using our syringe barrel dispensers or direct from the large bottles using our metering valves, controller and pressure pot. All adhesives are shipped with TDS and MSDS.
