The surfaces should be clean, dry and grease free prior to bonding. After application of the mixed adhesive, assemble the parts and squeeze together with sufficient pressure to ensure the adhesive spreads to cover the entire bond area. Apply light clamping pressure and do not disturb, or realign the joint, whilst the adhesive is curing.
Temperatures lower than ambient (23 C) will result in a slower cure of the adhesive whereas higher temperatures accelerate the cure and reduce the open time. Please read the material safety data sheet before use and handle all adhesives and chemicals using gloves.
