Dual Component Cartridges
High density dual component dispense cartridges & mix nozzles for handling two part
adhesives, epoxies, silicones and other fluids. All sets are
supplied with matching pistons and a tip cap ready for filling with material and
dispensing. Use with our range of manual and pneumatic cartridges
guns or as part of a manual plunger system. These components are industrial grade safe and silicone free materials. All cartridges & mix nozzles are supplied in sealed packs with labels & batch codes.

Quality plastic cartridges for dispensing two component materials.
Can be used with
our manual and pneumatic dispensing guns. Each set includes cartridges, pistons and tip
cap seal. Supplied in sealed packs ready for filling with most two part epoxies,
silicone, compounds or other liquids.
Cartridges use standard static
mixer nozzles. Cartridges are in mix ratio's 1:1, 2:1,
4:1 and 10:1. Products are industrial grade safe to 100 psi and are
certified silicone free. Guns are available
for all size cartridges either in manual of pneumatic.

Mixer Nozzles - Dual Guns - Dispense Tips - Fittings & Adapters
There have been some changes in the dual cartridge design with the new B-System, F-System and K-System. The changes are improvements to the way the static mix nozzles attach to the cartridge. The new dual prong system ensures both parts of the material are kept separate even further into the static mix nozzle to prevent curing. If ordering mix nozzles for your current cartridges, please check the connection which is explained and pictured on each product page.

The standard small cartridge with bayonet twist-on attachment of mix nozzle. Available in 50ml and 75ml sizes with 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 and 10:1 mix ratios. Pistons are vented to allow easy insertion and to eliminate air entrapment. Supplied in complete sets but choice of mix nozzles are ordered separately. |
