Precision diaphragm valves for the controlled dispensing of most fluids and
adhesives. Fluid is fed under pressure to the fluid housing
and diaphragm disc inside the valve. The diaphragm is closed and opens up under air pressure when
dispensing. The disc is designed to last very long periods and
replacements are available from stock. The benefit of these
valves is that there is very limited moving parts so they run for many millions of cycles without maintenance. UHMW version ideal for reactive adhesives such as Cyanoacrylates and Delrin for UV Cure adhesives.
Diaphragm valves are ideal for
dispensing most low to medium viscosity fluids. Using a choice of fluid
housings to suit the fluid dispensed. Very accurate, low maintenance, quick to
setup and easy to use. Whether dispensing by hand control or on a production
