Non-Timed Pneumatic Dispenser 0-100 psi Regulator

Floor mounted pneumatic adhesive and paste syringe
dispenser. With an adjustable 0-100 psi regulator. Three way air valve for
quick shut-off prevents fluid oozing when pedal released. Operator controls
deposit output. Press the pedal for flow, lift off to stop.
Suited to controlled dispensing of most medium to
high viscosity pastes and fluids, sealants, RTV, grease, gels, epoxies,
mastics, sealants and potting compounds. Supplied with a syringe adapter
assembly with 6ft long air hose, barrels, pistons and needle tips. Please
select the syringe size to ship with the dispenser.
As this systems is fully pneumatic, it is suitable
for use in hazardous and explosive environments. Supplied with airline hose.
Also available is the vacuum suck-back version which helps reduce the effect of drips with lower viscosity liquids.

Order part code DB815-SB if a vacuum suck-back is required to reduce drips. Do not use this product with watery liquids as it is more suited to dispensing pastes. Suitable materials proven to work with this systems include solder pastes, solder fluxes, PVA glues, RTV's, silicones, sealants, greases, SMT adhesives, pre-mixed and frozen epoxies, single part epoxies, gels, adhesives and other assembly fluids.
