229221 is a cartridge wiper plunger for use with 20 ounce and 32 ounce size cartridges. It features dual wiper blades that fit the contour of the cartridge inner wall. It has a high level of interference, and eliminates trapped air to improve production. Natural material colour.


The wiper plunger is recommended for use with manual or air powered devices, such as a cartridge gun, to prevent leakage past the double wiping edges. The plungers are made from natural low density polyethylene (LDPE) for easy insertion into cartridges.


For use with 20oz and 32oz sized Semco dispensing cartridges. Provides light wiper action for most materials, adhesives, liquids, pastes and gels. The plungers are supplied in sealed packs of 10. All cartridge and plunger components are certified silicone free and safe for use to 100 psi air pressure.
