Our precision components provide safe and leak free fluid dispensing from syringe barrels, cartridges, bottles and pens. Industrial grade safe products for use with most adhesives, pastes and assembly fluids. Use manually or with a pneumatic benchtop dispensing system. Syringe Barrels

Syringe

manual hand plungers. Dispense watery liquids to thick pastes. In sizes
from 1cc to 60cc. Air powered barrels are safe for use to 100 psi and
are silicone free. |

Dispense Tips

of dispensing tips suitable for use on luer lock and luer slip syringe
barrels, fittings, valves and bottles. Tips feature a female luer lock
hub for safe connection at air pressures to 100 psi and are industrial
grade safe and silicone free. |

Cartridges

Disposable plastic cartridges are available in 2.5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 20 and 32oz.
Supplied in high-density natural polyethylene, all sizes are fitted
with a 1/4" NPT (6mm) female thread dispensing orifice. With plungers,
caps and accessories.

Nozzles
for dispensing from cartridges and valves. Silicone free safe for use
to 100 psi with a 1/4" NPT thread. Natural polyethylene materials. In a

density polypropylene cartridges for two component materials. Use with
manual and pneumatic dispensing guns. Includes cartridge, pistons and
tip cap seal. Supplied in packs ready for filling with most two part
epoxies & silicones. |

Mixer Nozzles

Bayonet inlet, helical static mixer for 50ml and 75ml cartridges. Stepped outlet. And bell
mouth inlet, helical static mixer for 200ml and 400ml cartridges.
Stepped outlet that can be cut back to increase orifice size and
increase flow rates. |
