The AD needle series consist of a stainless-steel shaft with a double
helix polypropylene hub. This premier line of dispensing needles is burr-free
and electro-polished shaft for unobstructed and consistent material flow. These
tips are suitable for dispensing most fluids, pastes, resins, adhesives and
solvents. All dispensing tips are certified silicone-free, chloride-free and
industrial grade safe for use to 100 psi fluid pressures.
Oval type nozzles have a slit instead of a standard circular hole
and so apply a ribbon type deposit when dispensing beads. As liquid or paste is
dispensed, it can be applied to surfaces with a flatter deposit.
Tips are colour coded for gauge size. The tip features an oval shaped
end where the flattened tube allows ribbon deposits or thin spread deposits to
be made. These tips are supplied in sealed packs of 50 with batch codes and

General purpose tips are designed to work with all luer lock and luer slip syringe barrels and fittings. They are fully compatible with most fluids, adhesives, solvents and chemicals. For Cyanoacrylate adhesives, we recommend using our Teflon, Teflon Lined or Polypro tips. For high viscosity pastes, sealants, silicones, mastics, solder pastes and compounds, we suggest the use of our tapered tips.
