Syringe gun dispensers are designed for the controlled application of pastes, gels, adhesives and fluids. A cost effective and quality made applicator device for use with industry standard 200cc/ 200ml size syringe barrels. A useful product for low volume production applications, re-work applying of glues to parts, DIY, art and craft, field based or repair work.
These products offer a low cost dispensing solution for applying most medium to high viscosity pastes, gels, silicones, RTVs, greases and many other liquids. A portable and lightweight manual dispenser for easily applying fluids. With a 12:1 ratio leverage for effortless trigger movement. The rod moves 5mm once pressed to provide controlled deposits without drips or ooze.
Push the lever to release plunger rod. Simple threaded barrel attachment. Ideal for applying solder paste, solder flux, RTV, silicones, sealants, gels, greases, compounds, PVA glues and many other liquids. Each Big Barrel Gun includes the 200ml manual hand gun, (1) dispensing 200ml reservoir with wiper piston, (1) blue round tip cap to seal the barrel, (20) assorted luer lock smooth flow dispensing tips.
Barrels are attached to the gun easily to ensure it does not break under constant use or hand pressure. This 100ml gun is conveniently supplied complete ready to use.
